Broken on arrival

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Ours was in pieces on arrival as well. It was a very disappointing Christmas to say the least.
poor construction

this product arrived with both doors seperated from body of cabinet. the weight of the doors as compared to the size of the hinges and screws clearly indicates poor design. so i do not reckon this is a “hurt in shipping” issue (althogh the box was a mess also). instead of going thru the hassle of returning the item (i would have needed to rebox and pack), it was simpler for me to rebuild the door/body attachments with glue, larger hinges and longer screws.

I bought this item and the dartboard was hurt. I contacted customer service and they shipped a new item immediately. The new item again had a hurt dartboard. When I called customer service to get only the dart board replaced they would not. The only resolution i had was to send the entire item back. The cabinet was in excellent condition and I wanted to keep it. So the only resolution I received was to keep this item with the hurt dartboard. I would not buy this item.

bougth two of this cabinet one for $35 and one for $28.
luckily they arrived in one piece.very nice and heavy cabinet
will surely last for a long time, pleased husband and his twin brother, thanks amazon

We had the same experience as the other two reviewers. Due to inadequate shipping box we received the item cracked in multiple areas. We chose to just receive a refund instead of dealing with the same shipping problems again. It looked like a nice dart board and I hope Amazon (or the third party seller) will change the shipping procedure soon.
Shipping container is a joke!

I thought maybe the other reviewer just had a terrible experience with the shipping of this item, but my order also arrived broken. The box it is shipped in is NOT meant for shipping. Save yourself the hassle and order a different dart cabinet.
Shipping Problems, dont order

I ordered this set and it arrived hurt. They do not ship it in another box, they use the thin box it was packaged in as if you bought it at a store. The replacment came the same way even after discussing with Customer Service. It might be a fantastic tiem but until they fix their shipment for it I would not waste my time!
